IWIL Training Academy is hiring a Program Director to work with Co-Executive Directors to manage all programmatic and administrative needs of the organization.

- Hybrid role based in River North (Chicago)
- Occasional travel and evening/weekend events required
- Salary starting at $3,500/month, commensurate with experience

Internship Program
Kickstart your career in politics. IWIL interns gain hands-on experience supporting our training program empowering Democratic, pro-choice women leaders across Illinois.
Interns assist with:
- Event planning and program logistics
- Administrative and fundraising support
- Communications and social media
- Research and data management
